A colorful personality game that helps you to gain more insight into the question: Who am I? The game consists of 140 cards with character traits on them. One half contains words that indicate qualities, eg reliable, flexible. The other half has words that indicate distortions (or pitfalls), eg arrogant, chaotic.

By playing the Quality Game you can find answers to questions such as:
- What are my strengths and weaknesses?
- How do others see me?
- What qualities do I want to develop?

There are numerous uses of the game in work and private life. Examples include: collaboration in teams, giving feedback, becoming aware of one's own strengths and / or weaknesses, increasing self-confidence, performance interviews, career planning and individual guidance.
