The aim of this game is for managers to reflect on their own vision of leadership and the way in which they put it into practice. Does this vision correspond to your organization's vision of leadership? What do your employees expect from you as a leader?

The game consists of two parts:
1. Descriptions of aspects of leadership (75 cards). 
These aspects (leadership is ......) are a mix of behavior, attitude and norms and are divided into six topics:
- Dealing with values (e.g., 'treating everyone fairly')
- Goals and results (e.g., 'bringing out the best in employees')
- Dealing with others (e.g., 'knowing what's going on among your employees');
- Managing (e.g., 'having a clear vision of the future and communicating it')
- Making decisions (e.g. 'involve employees in decisions')
- Self-management (e.g., 'adjusting your own behavior')
2. Images (40 cards). 
These cards allow you to discuss leadership on the basis of pictures.
