Levitate is a new spell card for Rock Paper Wizard.
The image shows a hand showing "thumbs up" and the text reads:
"Target advances 1, then caster advances 1 per wizard closer to the hoard"
Instead of having a card number in the lower right corner, the card is marked "promo" there.
