About the artist: Howard Robinson
Howard Robinson is a native of north-east England. He received his format art training in Brighton, returning afterwardts to County Durham to enjoy the open countryside he loves so much. He has worked as an illustrator for over 20 years, winning awards both at home and internationally. He is interested in all forms of wildlife and plants, and this is reflected in his highly detailed and realistic illustration style. Howard is also renowned across the world for his conservation work with rare birds and poison arrow frogs. His achievements in this area regularly result in him presenting his findings at wildlife conventions in places as far afield as Asutralia and Africa.
