Halli Galli

Each player is dealt a deck of cards. Each card contains one or more fruits. In turn, each player turns over a card and places it on any previously turned cards. This way, only one card is visible to each player. If exactly 5 copies of a particular fruit are visible, all players try to ring the bell as soon as possible. Whoever does that first gets all open cards. Those who run out of cards are eliminated. Who is left last?
