In Adventurers Required, you become the HR manager of an adventurers’ guild. Your mission is simple but risky: build the cleverest team, sneak into the tower and collect as much treasure as possible without waking the wizard. Every adventurer brings useful abilities, but also a noise value. The quieter your team, the better your chances of leaving with treasure. During play, you choose cards from your hand, from the market or blindly from the draw pile. This creates a light mix of risk, timing and smart combinations. The game is quick to teach, plays in short rounds and works especially well with larger groups of up to eight players. How do you play the game?
Each round, you recruit four adventurers for an expedition into one floor of the tower. You try to build a team with useful effects and as little noise as possible. The quietest team collects treasure. After up to five rounds, the player with the most treasure wins.
