Clank! Catacombs: Underworld is an English-language board game expansion from Dire Wolf that takes Clank! Catacombs deeper underground with new tiles, cards, treasures and dangerous challenges.
Venture far below the familiar Catacombs into a separate Underworld filled with greater rewards and greater risks. Ladders and other passages provide ways to descend, while Undercoins introduce a new currency that can be spent and also scores points. Fate cards offer additional ways to influence your adventure, and new market items, rooms and enemies create fresh tactical decisions. The Clank! Catacombs base game is required.
How do you play the game?
Underworld expands the familiar deck-building, exploration and push-your-luck gameplay. Discover new tiles, descend into the Underworld and manage your Undercoins carefully. Being knocked out in the Underworld means scoring zero points, making every deep expedition a serious gamble.
