How do you play the game?
Players command pirate crews and seek to earn the most gold before the game ends. Each turn, a card is played from hand and used for one of three actions: recruit, sail and fight monsters, or invade. As crews grow, stronger actions become available, including treasure hunting, conquering hideouts and delivering cargo. After each reef, an event is resolved and crews must be fed. Reaching the fifth reef triggers the endgame, creating a constant balance between developing your engine and pushing the game forward.
