Mind Up!

In Mind Up! you start with a row of cards on the table, with as many cards as players. Each turn, players take a card from their hand and reveal it simultaneously to make a new row, ranked from lowest to highest. Each player then takes the card from the previous row in the same position as the card they just played and adds it to their tableau. These cards earn points at the end of the round, depending on their color and the order in which they were taken. After earning points, they become the player's hand for the next round.
