Gunsen: The Battle for Toshi Ranbo is a strategic area-control board game by Office Dog in which 2 to 6 players lead rival Great Clans of Rokugan into battle for Toshi Ranbo.
How do you play the game?
Each player chooses one of seven Great Clans: Crab, Crane, Dragon, Lion, Phoenix, Scorpion or Unicorn. You recruit samurai heroes, draft orders, build your clan tableau and expand your influence. Tactical movement, resources and custom battle dice help you contest territories, shrines and Toshi Ranbo itself. The race centres on seven victory objectives, rewarding efficient development and well-timed attacks.
