Kluster Trio is a magnetic dexterity game by Borderline Editions in which players place triangular magnets inside a defined play area without letting them snap together.
How do you play the game?
In Kluster Trio, each player receives a number of magnets. On your turn, you place one magnet inside the area marked by the rope. The rules are simple, but the tension rises quickly: if magnets stick together during your turn, you must take all involved magnets back. The first player to get rid of all their magnets wins. The triangular magnets give this version its own feel, allowing more precise control of magnetic fields while also creating new risks and unexpected chain reactions. Alongside the classic mode, Kluster Trio includes an elimination mode for up to 8 players and an Equilibrium Mode for extra twists.
Why is this game a great choice?
Kluster Trio is quick to teach, compact, and surprisingly tense. It combines dexterity, timing, and nervous laughter, making every placement feel important. With a short play time, it works well as a filler, family game, or party game for groups that enjoy direct, tactile fun.
