Mindbug: First Contact Colonist is an English tactical card game by Nerdlab Games in which two players summon bizarre hybrid creatures, steal control of powerful creations and try to outsmart each other.
How do you play the game?
Each player starts with creature cards and two Mindbugs. On your turn, you can play a creature or attack with one already under your control. The defining twist appears when a powerful creature enters play: your opponent can spend a Mindbug to take control of it. Timing therefore matters enormously. Playing your strongest card too early may provide your rival with exactly the creature they need. Your objective is to reduce your opponent's life total to zero.
