Quoridor: Pac-man is a strategic board game from Gigamic that fuses the classic abstract maze of Quoridor with the nostalgic arcade universe of PAC-MAN in a limited edition box.

On the beautifully produced wooden board, players race to cross the maze while placing wooden fences to slow each other down. In classic Quoridor mode, your goal is simple: be the first to move your pawn from your starting edge to the opposite side. Each turn you either move your pawn one space orthogonally or place a fence, making it harder for rivals to reach their destination while always keeping at least one path open.

The Pac-man variant changes the feel of the game: one player controls PAC-MAN, the others control the ghosts. PAC-MAN must collect power pellets and escape the ghosts’ pursuit, while the ghosts cooperate to corner him using clever movement and well-timed walls. Both modes play in about 15 minutes and are easy to learn, yet offer rich tactical choices that reward planning and reading your opponents.

How do you play the game?

At the start of a game, each player places their pawn on their starting side and takes an equal number of wooden fences. On your turn you choose either to move your pawn one square orthogonally or place a fence between two spaces, ensuring you never block all routes. In the Pac-man mode, the PAC-MAN player aims to collect all power pellets while ghosts try to catch him; special rules adjust movement and victory conditions to capture the feeling of the video game.
