How do you play the game?
In Snorkeling, your goal is to end the round with the highest-value card face up in front of you. On your turn, you first play one or more cards to the center pile: either a card exactly one value higher than the top card, or any number of cards matching its color. Then you may play exactly one card onto another player’s personal pile if its value is exactly one lower than their top card. As soon as someone receives a value 0 card on their pile, the round ends and everyone scores points equal to their top card. The first player to reach 12 or more points wins.
