Aged Metal Shade is designed to deepen Base colours in the Vallejo True Metallic Metal range. Vallejo describes the Shade colours as darker, non-metallic washes with a satin finish, made to add shadow while preserving the shine of the underlying metallic layer. This tone is useful for aged metal, worn weapons, armour, machinery, chains, sci-fi panels and recessed details that need extra definition. Its controlled flow helps the wash settle into grooves, seams and panel lines without turning the whole surface too dark at once. The 18 ml dropper bottle makes dosing easy for small parts, larger areas or diluted layers.
