Become the richest air pirate in Galecrest! Send your crew members to islands to bring in loot. Everyone uses the same character cards. The rank of the card you play per island and your personal reputation determine who gets the loot. Who will be the smartest to deploy their pirates and make off with the treasures?

In Libertalia, you are given a number of character cards per round, one of which you must then deploy each turn. Each player has the same character cards. The highest character card placed on an island wins the loot. In case of a tie, the player with the best reputation wins. Weaker pirates, however, can still play a tactical role in the night phases, which occur after the island phases.

Libertalia is a strategic game, where you must pay close attention to what your opponent is planning. After all, you both have the same cards in your hands. This creates an exciting cat-and-mouse game. Whoever uses the character cards the smartest, wins!
