The Skills Game consists of 140 cards depicting social and communication skills. For example: formulating clearly, summarizing, making decisions, giving constructive criticism and explaining clearly.

The skills are divided into 16 groups or competence areas, for example: communication, cooperation, leadership, decision-making and customer orientation. The perspective of this versatile communication game is the question: What can I do? The Skills Game can be used in almost all work and private situations to discuss and improve the way of functioning and communicating in a playful manner. The game is therefore intended for everyone involved in communication.
