The Rainbow Fish – Shimmering Bingo (3+) is a colourful colour-matching game from HABA in which 2 to 4 children collect, share and add sparkling scales to their own Rainbow Fish.
The Rainbow Fish and its friends are collecting colourful scales, but they do not want to keep every scale for themselves. When a player finds a scale that suits another fish better, they can give it away. Sharing is rewarded with a special shimmering scale, so every fish gradually becomes brighter and more colourful. The simple concept reflects the well-known picture book by Marcus Pfister and combines colour recognition, collecting and positive social interaction. Short rules make the game easy for young children to understand and allow everyone to start playing quickly.
How do you play the game?
Collect matching scales for your own Rainbow Fish. If you cannot use a scale yourself, give it to another player and receive a shimmering scale as a reward. The first player to fill every space on their Rainbow Fish wins the game.
Why is this game a great choice?
Shimmering Bingo combines a familiar story with simple collecting, colour recognition and an enjoyable sharing mechanic.
