Formidable Farm is a tactical family card game published in this edition by Geronimo Games, in which you run a busy farm and use clever trades and combos to be the first to fulfill all the villagers’ quirky orders.
How to play the game?
At the start of the market day, you decide how many trade cards you want to process before evening. Each contract card shows which crops or animals the villagers demand and the reward you receive in return. You reveal contracts one by one, spending wheat, tomatoes, cucumbers, sheep and pigs to complete them and gaining fresh supplies, new orders or even bonus actions. By chaining trades and using the market for extra exchanges, you create powerful combos where one fulfilled order sets up the next. You can also spend completed contracts to buy advantages. If you are the first to clear the chosen pile of orders, you win Formidable Farm and can close the stall early.
