In The Witcher: Old World, you become a witcher - a professional monster slayer - and immerse yourself in the legendary universe of The Witcher franchise.

Set years before the saga of Geralt of Rivia, The Witcher: Old World explores a time when monsters roamed the continent in greater numbers, posing a constant danger that required the attention of expertly trained monster slayers known as witches. Five competing schools trained their adepts through brutal regimes, and once fully prepared, these now-recognized witches set off to explore the land, seeking trouble and adventure and helping others for money.

In this competitive adventure board game, 2-5 players travel across a vast map, undertaking masterful quests, encountering ambiguous moral choices, battling monsters and sometimes battling other witches to defend the honor of their school!

The game lets players create their own unique card games by choosing from a wide range of abilities: attack, dodge and witcher combat magic - known as "characters." Through card synergy, players attempt powerful combos by making the most of their witcher school's signature skills. Quests, battles and even dice poker allow each player to earn money, obtain new items and train their skills.

The first player to collect 4-6 trophies, with the number determined at the beginning of the game, wins the game immediately. You can earn trophies by killing monsters, provoking and winning chaotic tavern battles against other witches, training skills to the highest level and completing certain quests during the adventure.

The game also includes a solo mode that allows you to have a solitary adventure on the continent.
