Not So Fast is a tactical bluffing race game from Blue Orange in which 2 to 4 players secretly support a hare and tortoise and try to bring them into the vegetable garden at exactly the right time.
The garden gate is open, but arriving first does not necessarily mean winning. Each player secretly receives a team colour and wants the matching hare and tortoise to score as many points as possible. Movement cards determine which animal type or colour advances. Pawns can be stacked, so one move may carry several animals forward and can unexpectedly help an opponent.
How do you play the game?
Reveal Movement cards, move the appropriate pawns and keep your team colour hidden. Only the first seven animals entering the garden score. Players then reveal their teams and total the points earned by their hare and tortoise.
Why is this game a great choice?
Not So Fast combines accessible rules with bluffing, timing and constant player interaction.
