Deadline
You have the right to decide that you do not want to keep the goods for 60 days from the delivery or the conclusion of the agreement. You can then return your order without paying a fine and without giving any reason (you pay the costs for this yourself). You can return your return package by post or by courier or drop it off at our store in Zonhoven. For this you have 60 days after you have registered the return via the form below. Within 14 days after we have received your order back or you have indicated that you want to cancel the agreement, we will refund you the full purchase price.
The direct costs of returning the goods are therefore at your expense. If desired, we can provide you with a shipping label. The costs for this are clearly communicated in advance and deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Refund
We may wait with a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. The refund will be made by bank transfer or the way your order was placed (eg refund to your Paypal account).
Conditions
If you still want to be able to return the goods as described above, they must be undamaged and must be in the original packaging (eg the foil around the games must not be removed), including all accessories supplied.
