For example, cards now have a silver border, an additional rarity symbol has been added in the form of the double star, and you'll find more rare (holo) cards in each booster! Furthermore, super-strong "Pokémon EX" cards are making their entrance. These cards have high HP, special abilities, and stunning designs.
